About Philippa
Philippa is an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, Court-Appointed Intermediary and Registered Intermediary. She qualified as a speech and language therapist in 1997 and specialised in working with school-aged children and young people with learning disability and complex needs. From 2011 – 2018 she also worked as a highly specialist speech and language therapist within youth offending teams. She qualified as a Registered Intermediary in 2007, working with child and young adult witnesses. Since 2014 she has also undertaken work with vulnerable defendants in youth and criminal courts and with adult respondents in family courts. She specialises in working with clients with mild-moderate learning disability, autism, ADHD, dyslexia and developmental language and communication difficulties.
