About Tracy
Tracy has been working in the Criminal and Family Courts in England and Wales as a HMCTS approved, non-registered intermediary since 2020.
She is a certified speech and language therapist, with experience assessing and providing bespoke speech and language therapy programmes to children aged 8-19 with communication difficulties within a special school.
Tracy has extensive experience working with adults with a disorder of intellectual development, including those demonstrating severe challenging behaviours and with concomitant mental health conditions.
Tracy is passionate about enabling all vulnerable people to participate effectively in the court process, including understanding the proceedings, making informed decisions regarding their trial or hearing and achieving best evidence. She believes strongly that the vulnerable person benefits most when they are provided with a consistent intermediary service tailored to their specific needs.
Education: BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy, Birmingham City University, 2019.
Training: Communicourt’s postgraduate accredited intermediary training course, 2020.

- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Autism spectrum condition (ASC).
- Degenerative disorders, including Parkinson’s and dementia.
- Mental health conditions, including personality disorders, depression and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychosis, bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenia.
- Acquired brain injury and traumatic brain injury.
